5 Stars Great book
This is a great book. One of my best buys ever! Really easy to understand, gives you a lot of exercises to do and they are pretty easy to do them.

I love the fact that the book teaches you to make a lot of exercises without any equipment.

4 Stars good book for beginners and intermediate lifters alike
great descriptions and pictures. could have slightly better descriptions of the movements involved in getting from start to finish. I use this in conjunction with another book, Scrawny to Brawny, to supplement the descriptions of correct form so I get things right.

The Scrawny to Brawny book gives the FIRST AND ONLY good description of what a person like me, who is not very limber, should do before starting to lift. Get flexible first and then start lifting.

3 Stars Excellent if you just have Dumbbells
This is a very good book esp. for people who work out a lot previously to reading this. It has different variations that you may not have heard of before. The instructions of how to do the workout are pretty plain and assume you already know what you are doing. Lifting without knowing how can lead to extreme shoulder pain and issues

Pretty good book but gets boring after a couple of weeks of doing the same stuff.

I give it a 6 out of 10
