I love the scientific and biological explanations of everything in this book. Silly name, but a great book, especially the diet and nutrition sections.

5 Stars Open.. only if you want to change your life
This is by far the best book that I have found on weight training. However, more than the detailed descriptions of over 80 exercises and the free abs dvd, the authors provide sound guidance on nutrition and supplements. I have been on this workout plan for all of three weeks and have seen some significant gains. Plus, the varied 14 day work out plans make it easy for a busy professional to change up their workout schedule without a lot of planning and researching. overall, a top rate product and one that I plan to keep using for years to come.

5 Stars The Most Poductive & Efficient Way to Achieve & Constantly Improve Your Training Goal
Honestly, this is a kind of book you can (or should I say must, as you shall soon realize) read in full, understand (real fast, that’s one of the advantages, the basics are well written) and immediatelty start implementing sucessfully. I honestly believe that the principles, routines and guidelines that are so communicatively outlined throughout this book are the best way to reach and constantly re-invent your training goals in building the best body, and living a healthy life.

Personally, I have been training for years prior to reading this book, however solely thanks to what I have learned from reading this book I can truly say that each and every workout is ever evolving, and better than the one before. It is due to the periodization system (so comprehensively outlined throughout the book) that my body does not adapt / stop growing, it has tremendously helped me with sticking up with my trainig schedule, because the workouts vary every two weeks, and by the time you get to the next cycle your body is stronger and performs beteer. This creates success! This growth develops determination, sort of like having a personal trainer alongside.

On that note, I would like to add that the author of this book himself (!), James Villepigue, was so kind to have helped me on-line (promply & professionally) with a few questions I had in regards to the implementation of the program.

if you are serious about building the best body, living a healthy life, and willing to put your foot where your mouth is, that is – work hard and continously at achieving these goals, than this book is the best way to get there right now!!!

5 Stars Great Book, easy to understand
I have been out of the gym about 10 years now and decided to go back and “try” to get back to where I once was. I saw this book and thought that maybe in the time I have been away from the gym maybe the workouts had changed some, so I decided to buy it. I read it from cover to cover and was shocked at how many things I was doing wrong when I was seriously working out years ago. I was getting good results, but I wonder if I had known what I know now, how much better shape could I have gotten in? The book is very informative and covers about any topic that might arise. I would rate this book as high as any workout book out there, the DVD that comes with it is very helpful as well if you are unfamiliar with some of the exercises. I hope this gets me back to the shape or even better than I was in years ago. From first impressions it certainly will if I follow their teachings.

I’ve been working out for about 2 years. I was doing the same routine in the gym week in and week out.

I only learned by watching others and asking other people that work out questions. I’ve researched body building sites, but the info was limited.

As soon as I started following the advice in this book i saw immediate, immediate progress. It not only instructs you very clearly on a variety of proper exercises and form, but also gives key information on diet and believe it or not the mental aspect of working out.

I have seen and read other books on similar subject matter, but none broke it down quite as simply and honestly, and Completely as this one.

It was introduced to me by a recent friend who is a personal trainer, who said that this book is comparable (and even beyond that) to the information provided in his certification for training. But obviously not as technical.

The information in this book is honest, accurate, and effective.
