I found the title perfectly fits the book as it definitely is the only strength book youll ever need. All the information necessary to achieve maximum strength is included and as well as being accurate its easy to understand. (Todd) did all the hard work for the lifter, now it is up to them to do the easy part: Follow the directions and start training. Its that simple! I would definitely recommend this book to my patients who seek to achieve a different level of training and strength and actually one of the most asked question in my office from bodybuilders, weight lifters and regular gym goers is How can I lift more, how can I become more powerful. Well now I will have an easy answer for them as I can just point to (Todds) book and feel confident that they will get all the information they need. 5 Stars Really, the last book you will need
The best programs I have found in over twenty years of lifting and researching strength training. The results I have attained from the diciplined coherence to Bostrom’s programs have amazed me. The gains predicted by the completion of each program has consistently proven reliable for me. Since working with Bostrom’s formulas I have discarded all other books I have ever owned regarding formulas relative to the methodology of strength gains. And if you buy and use this book, so will you.
5 Stars Size and Strength made Simple and Effective
This is a great book for gaining size and strength without all the theory. If you’re looking for a program(s) that is based off of solid training principles. The programs are built around squats,deadlifts,bench presses and military presses. Very user friendly, the programs are all laid out neatly in percentages covering all the bases including accessory work. There is no guessing involved on your part. Recovery is scheduled into these programs, which is often overlooked in other programs. I have been training for twenty plus years and know solid programs when I see them. I just recieved the book and haven’t had a chance to use the program’s yet, but you can’t go wrong using the core lifts. There is no doubt that these programs will work for all levels of athletes.

5 Stars Fantastic Book
this is an absolutely fantastic book. It truly is the last book you need. It’s so good…takes out all the guesswork…just plug in the numbers and lift….it keeps your workouts short and structured but in line with an overall long term strategy…..I can’t really say many negatives about this book…maybe, if it offered some variety or choices in exercises especially for auxillary type moves….maybe, a little more detail on rest periods between sets……but that stuff is not even an issue….just a great book…and I love the responsivness of the author…..you can email him with questions and he gets right back to you……really this is a gem of a book…..I wish I had this book ten years ago…..if you like to stength train and want a road map on how to do it then buy this book…you have to do nothing more than insert your 1 rep max on lifts and calculate the associated percentages….what would be real cool is if this book came with a CD where you can insert your 1 rep max and it automatically populates your entire cycle with your work sets….

THE BOOK AS YOU CAN SEE BY THE REVIEWS IS GREAT….. I HAVE BEEN LIFTING IN POWERLIFTING MEETS FOR MANY YEARS I’M ON A PROGRAM IN THE BOOK TO MAKE MY BEST LIFTS YET!!!!! THIS BOOK IS FOR YOUNG AND OLD …. MYSELF I’M 50 PLUS AND FOLLOWING TODD’S PLANS LIKE I SAID BEFORE I WILL BE MAKING MY BEST LIFTS YET!!!! ONE LAST WORD I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH TODD HE HAS BEEN VERY VERY HELPFUL …… HE TRULY IS A MAN OF HIS WORD!!!!!! TAKE A CHANCE AND BUY THE LAST STRENGTH BOOK YOU WILL EVER NEED!!!!!!!
