My complaints about this book would be the technical/sports science explanations of how plyometric training works and benefits an athlete left me feeling like I have attention deficit disorder when trying to read and understand them. Many of the exercises featured even if done with perfect form look like injuries waiting to happen and I won’t ever bother even trying them. Also there is nothing on plyometric pushups and for that matter there
